Year 2 Theatre Trip
Year 2 enjoyed a magical theatre trip to Theatre Severn in Shrewsbury, where they were captivated by the lively production of The Enormous Crocodile.
The children had a truly wonderful time during their recent visit to Theatre Severn in Shrewsbury, where they watched a vibrant stage adaptation of The Enormous Crocodile. From the moment the performance began, the pupils were completely engrossed in the colourful storytelling, brought to life through energetic singing, lively dancing and plenty of laugh-out-loud moments.
The production captured the mischievous spirit of Roald Dahl’s beloved story, with engaging characters, imaginative costumes and a fast-paced performance that kept everyone entertained throughout. The children delighted in following the antics of the enormous crocodile and enjoyed the many humorous twists and turns along the way.
This exciting trip provided a fantastic opportunity for the children to experience live theatre, helping to bring their learning to life in a memorable and meaningful way. It was a joyful day filled with laughter, creativity and shared excitement – an experience the children will be talking about for a long time to come!
