Year 3&4 Football Tournament
Thursday afternoon, two teams of Year 3 & 4 took part in a Football tournament in Church Stretton. Firstly the teams worked extremely hard during their games. Excellent teamwork could be seen by every player in our two teams.
The teams were split into boys and girls. Some of the girls have never played in a team football match before, who said they had so much fun, despite the outcome.
Neither teams unfortunately got to the final, however they played each game with such determination and showed great sportsmanship after the final whistles by shaking players hands.
A teacher from another school commented on our goalkeeper, expressing how brave a player he was with a great attitude. Could not praise him enough.
