You will spend more than 80% of your training year developing your practice in school, becoming fully involved in all aspects of school life and benefiting from the support of experienced mentors and a close-knit cohort of trainees. You will also have the chance to visit the school before the summer to ensure it is the right fit for you.
Recognised by Ofsted in March 2024 for its strong sense of community, trainee wellbeing support, and ambitious, flexible curriculum, the programme prepares trainees exceptionally well for a successful teaching career. On completion, you will be awarded Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) alongside a university-accredited PGCE.
