Stokesay Primary Recognised Among Shropshire’s Top Schools.
We are proud to share that Stokesay Primary School has been recognised in The Telegraph’s league table of the top-performing primary schools in Shropshire. This is a significant achievement for our whole school community and reflects the hard work, ambition, and resilience of our pupils, staff, governors, and families.
This recognition comes on the heels of another major milestone — our first ever “Good” judgement from Ofsted — and highlights the continued progress we are making together as a school. It showcases:
- The strong academic progress pupils are making across English, mathematics, and the wider curriculum.
- The safe, respectful, and aspirational culture we are nurturing.
- The inclusive opportunities we offer, including a wide range of enrichment activities and support for all pupils, especially those with SEND and from disadvantaged backgrounds.
While we are honoured to receive this recognition, we are most proud of our children — their perseverance, sense of responsibility, and teamwork make Stokesay Primary the vibrant and inspiring place it is today.
