A Wild day out in the Wyre Forest.
Year 3 and 4 had a fantastic day out at Wyre Forest, enriching their understanding of forests by drawing comparisons with the Amazon Rainforest—our current term topic.
They began with a 2‑mile nature walk, where students hunted for specific animals, insects, and tree species to compare their findings with their classroom knowledge. In the afternoon, they unleashed their creativity, producing stunning sketches—some capturing the forest’s vast landscape, others focusing on intricate details of nature.
