We explored Japan through our music lessons this topic day. The children created their own melodies and haikus to celebrate the blossom festival of Hanami. To compose their haikus, the children practiced counting out syllables through clapping.
The children showed great determination running cross country at Cardingmill Valley. Every child that ran finished their race and all showed great respect cheering everybody on.
